Photography and Art Exhibition and Sale

Entry Rules

·         All photographs entered must be work of the entrant.  Entrants under age 18 must have written parental approval.

• Exhibits may be any size, but no larger than 32 x 50, with items for sale framed and ready to hang by wire. A mat is optional.  Items of an offensive, controversial or objectionable nature or subject matter as determined by Director of Spencer-Penn Centre and/or the judges in keeping with family values and standards will not be allowed.
• Exhibits must be entered in person by the entrant or their designated representative on April 2 & 3, between 2 and 7 pm at the Centre.  Exhibits will be displayed for the month of April and must be picked up the first week of May.  Any item not picked up may become the property of the Centre.
• Photographs of people must have a model release if their face/features can be recognized.  Photographs of children presented for sale will not normally be accepted. Photographs of adults must contain their permission to sell the photograph with their image.  Release forms are available at the Centre.
• $1 entry fee will be charged for each exhibit entered with no limit on the number of entries.
• Sale price of entry will be determined by the exhibitor.  Receipt of sales will be collected by the Spencer-Penn Centre.  A 20% commission, will be charged to the exhibitor.
